For our long-term guests, we offer fully furnished apartments in various categories (20–30 m², some with balconies) in our guesthouse, which was newly built in 2020 and is centrally located in Flein.

The municipality of Flein is an independent town situated in a scenic location on the southern edge of the Heilbronn metropolitan area, surrounded by vineyards.
Festivals large and small take place throughout the year and attract visitors.
Active sports enthusiasts will find numerous hiking trails and a well-developed network of bike paths. Thanks to its excellent bus connections to the city of Heilbronn and its infrastructure, as well as its convenient location near the highways to Stuttgart and Würzburg, Flein also offers easy access to the surrounding economic centers.
